1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide when you request or manage a booking, including your name, mobile number, email address, pickup or delivery location, trip details and booking reference. For self-drive bookings, we may also request identity and eligibility documents such as Aadhaar, Driving Licence, PAN and current address proof for manual verification.
2. How we use information
We use information to process booking enquiries, verify availability and eligibility, communicate with you, arrange vehicles and drivers, process payments, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain records and improve our website and services.
3. Analytics and advertising
Our website uses Google Analytics and may use Google Ads measurement to understand website usage and advertising performance. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number or identity-document contents to Google Analytics as event parameters.
4. Service providers
We may use service providers that help us operate the service, including Google for maps, analytics and advertising, MSG91 or related verification services for OTP, Razorpay for payment links and payment processing, Supabase for application data and secure storage, and hosting or email providers. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy obligations.
5. Payments
Payments may be made through secure Razorpay links or other approved payment methods. Card, UPI and banking credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider; we do not ask customers to send card PINs, UPI PINs or OTPs to us.
6. Self-drive documents
Self-drive documents are used for manual verification and are intended to be accessible only to authorized reviewers. Please do not share secure document-upload links. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, business records, dispute handling, fraud prevention and applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
7. Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about the personal information associated with your booking or to request correction or deletion where applicable, subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
